Gratitude Spiral: Day 341

Today, I’m grateful for a pandemic-inspired Halloween.

As I put away the Halloween paraphernalia today, I can’t help but admire the way friends and neighbors stepped up to the challenge of celebrating safely this Halloween. Treats were delivered via chutes, on sticks in candy-garden fashion, individually wrapped on help-yourself tables, and hung in grab bags from ropes tied across driveways. More industrious friends planned outdoor games and treasure hunts, and made other activities possible while still socially distancing. It boosts my faith in our ability to adapt in difficult circumstances. 🙂

What are you grateful for today?
