Gratitude Spiral: Day 344

Today, I’m grateful for a new starter in my fifteen-year-old minivan.

Getting stuck with a dead vehicle, parked nose-to-sidewalk, is not fun. Neither is watching every attempt to get it started fail. And then realizing it needs to be towed. But I’m thankful that it could be fixed and that I’ve got it back on the road again. 🙂

What are you grateful for today?

Gratitude Spiral: Day 44

Today, I’m grateful for my minivan. More specifically, its comfortable driver’s seat.

My van is 15 years old. And I’ve yet to find a more comfortable drive. I borrowed my mother’s car yesterday and the driver’s seat reminded me of an airplane seat. Their concave design seems to perfectly accommodate poor posture and rounded shoulders. It made me once again appreciate my straight-backed van seat with its bonus lumbar support. 🙂
